Job Description: Sourcing & recruitment of craft labour for projects in the

                              Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and UK / Manage the

                              full cycle recruitment process for craft labour / Identify current

                              and future resource requirements / Ensure the correct quality of

                              candidates, qualifications, certifications and training / Conduct

                              interviews / Establish recruitment, testing, interviewing and

                              training programs / Ensure appropriate housing, transportation

                              and well-being of staff in the project country / Verify that

                              inductions are complete before deployment to site / Responsible

                              for HR documentation, HR records and payroll process in both

                              home and project countries / Monitor labour legislation to ensure

                              the company's on-going compliance.
